On Hand Items

• One time payment only. Total price of your order + shipping fee. Proof of payment is required before I ship your order.• Please pay as soon as possible after I send the total amount and QR code for payment.• If your payment is taking so long and you are not responding, I will make the items you order available for sale again.• Please be responsible when ordering. Please pay on time, send correct shipping information, and ensure that you or an authorized person can claim your order.• No cancellation of orders after you have fully paid.• No return and refund IF the parcel was received by an unknown person OR the parcel got damaged from shipping. I will send you a picture/video of your order to assure you that the items are in good condition before I ship them.• Refund* is only possible IF the parcel wasn’t delivered after 2 months AND if there’s no notice from the courier about the delay or lost of parcel.* 50% of total price only. Shipping Fee not included.

• No Rush Order. I will tell you how long it can take for the item to make but it may change due to some circumstances. Shipping of materials and your order may experience delay that is beyond my control.• Please be respectful and patient. Real crochet items can only be handmade. It takes time and effort to finish an item.• Payment: payment is divided into two parts:
> 1st payment: non-refundable down payment (50% of your total order). Proof of payment for this is required before I make your order. Cost of material is included here.
> 2nd payment: remaining 50% balance + shipping fee. Pay when I finish making your order. Proof of payment is required before I ship your order.• Please pay as soon as possible after I send the total amount and QR code for payment.• Please be responsible when ordering.
